PEPPER (Capsicum chinense) (100 days) — Aji Límo is among the most flavorful Andean peppers around. The citrusy spice matches the color well. The flavor is multidimensional. Used in a number of Andean dishes and often accompanies ceviche. Also great in salsa. The plants load up with peppers and keep pushing them out late into the season. This is a great pepper.
