Hand planted, hand dug.  There's a lot of love in these potatoes.  This is a variety called Bintje - the choice potato for "pomme frites" in Belgium.  Fluffy and tender.  Delicious!
 
Sold by the pound.  Our potatoes are expensive, but these are both unique, and require lots and lots of labor to plant, maintain, and harvest (all by hand).
