This is the best sweet pepper. Don't even try to argue with me. It's so good we stopped growing standard bell peppers. This Corno di Toro (Bull Horn) bell pepper is so so sweet, great for frying, stuffing, sauteing, saucing, snacking on raw with dip, admiring :) - really whatever you want.
I dream of juicing this pepper and turning it into a sweet/savory ice cream. You may not agree with that dream right now, but one day, you'll see.
This pepper is grown by our friend Jenna Wilkins, along with the green okra we carry. She's the best.
